Terms and Conditions

1. Instructions on how to enter and prize information form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in any competition is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter is McPherson Newspapers Pty Ltd (ABN 89 004 552 794) of 7940 Goulburn Valley Hwy, Kialla VIC 3632 (Promoter).
3. The competition runs from Friday, April 17 to Sunday April 19th, 2026, between 9am-2.25pm.
4. The daily prizes will be drawn at 2.30pm on Friday, April 17th; Saturday, April 18 and Sunday, April 19 via the Seymour Expo loudspeaker and social media. All correct entries will be placed in a barrel and the winning entries drawn by McPherson Media Group or a representative.
5. To be in the draw, the completed entry coupon needs to be handed into the Seymour Expo Office by 2.25pm with your name, phone number, email address and postcode and the correct scavenger hunt word.
6. Collection of the prizes need to be collected on day of, before 4pm, for collection information please speak with the Seymour Expo office.
7. The prizes are as follows:
   1. Major prize (drawn on Sunday, April 19): An ECU Revamp valued at $2900 from AgroECOPower
   2. Day 1 prizes (drawn at 2.30pm on Friday, April 17): Go Find 22 Metal Detector donated by Lucky Strike Gold, site B40; Toy New Holland Skld Steer donated by Rural Group / AEH, site L65; Small Planter donated by Precision Planters, site T82; Portable Lithium Jump Starter Pack donated by Cranky Croc camping, site T80.
   3. Day 2 prizes (drawn at 2.30pm on Saturday, April 18): Adventure Pack donated by Fat Rat Trading, site T39; Working Dog Collars and Rain Guage donated by HiWater Concrete Tanks, site C50,C51; Yin Yang Metal Wall Sign donated by Rock DeSigns, site E49; Ground Feeder filled with merch donated by Duncan Equine, site L25; Avant Scale Model donated by Avant Equipment, site L27.
   4. Day 3 prizes (drawn at 2.30pm on Sunday, April 19): Goods Hamper donated by Marianne Bunning Framing, site C29B; Iron Boot Scraper donated by Squatting Frog Nursery, site B97; Samsung 43-Inch HD TV donated by Watters Electrical, site B33, B35; 5 Blocks of Honey Fudge donated by Wondermazing Honeybees, site EB46.
8. Entry is open to attendees of the Seymour Alternative Farming Expo.
9. Employees of any entity related to McPherson Newspapers Pty Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition
10. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes.
