Terms and Conditions

1. Instructions on how to enter and prize information form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in any competition is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter is McPherson Newspapers Pty Ltd (ABN 89 004 552 794) of 7940 Goulburn Valley Hwy, Kialla VIC 3632 (Promoter).
3. The competition runs from Friday, April 4 to Sunday April 6, 2025, between 9am-2.25pm.
4. The daily prizes will be drawn at 2.30pm on Friday, April 4; Saturday, April 5 and Sunday, April 6 via the Seymour Expo loudspeaker and Facebook Live. All correct entries will be placed in a barrel and the winning entries drawn by McPherson Media Group or a representative.
5. To be in the draw, the completed entry coupon needs to be handed into the Seymour Expo Office by 2.25pm with your name, phone number, email address and postcode and the correct scavenger hunt word.
6. Collection of the prizes need to be collected on day of, before 4pm, for collection information please speak with the Seymour Expo office.
7. The prizes are as follows:
   1. Major prize (drawn on Sunday, April 6): An Outback Tub valued at $5500 from Outback Plunge Pool (with delivery included)
   2. 8. Entry is open to attendees of the Seymour Alternative Farming Expo.
9. Employees of any entity related to McPherson Newspapers Pty Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition
10. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes.
